Refund and Return Policy
We do not offer refunds on purchases. However, customers may exchange products for items of equal value within 7 days of purchase. For exchanges involving items of different prices, customers must cover the price difference. The exchange process does not include shipping costs, so all exchange-related expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via whatsapp. All exchanged items should be in their original and resellable condition, with all packaging intact.
For exchanges within the UAE, we will arrange for the pickup of the item from the customer's location to be delivered back to us. However, transportation expenses will be borne by the customer. For International orders and GCC orders, customers are responsible for arranging the shipping from their country back to our location, including covering all shipping expenses.
Cancellation Policy
Customers have the right to cancel any order they have confirmed within 12 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. The cost of the order will be refunded to your bank account within 30 days of the cancellation request.
Please note that ZAD Handcrafted Products is not responsible for any deductions on the refunded amount due to transaction reductions incurred by currency back conversion or other bank service charges.
Cancellation is only applicable before the order is shipped to the customer.
